I wonder how Muslims read that?
The last American national politician I can remember (my memory is not as good as it once was) who used green as a signature campaign color (before it acquired its current environmental meaning) was Jimmy Carter. Might that say something about its subsequent lack of political popularity?
Or are we just locked into red and blue in perpetuity?
