Hundreds rally for Vang Pao

From The Capital Times:
To the Hmong, Pao Vang is a beloved leader who after the war helped many, including Yang's family, relocate to the U.S., and has raised money for those remaining in Laos living a desperate life under communist rule. While some say Pao Vang was a ruthless general during the Vietnam War, he has since implored Hmong in American to follow this country's laws and wait for the communist regime in Laos to collapse on its own.

Yang said Pao Vang's peaceful ways are at odds with the accusations currently against him in California where he allegedly acquired AK-47s, missiles and other weapons to be sent to overthrow the Laotian government in violation of the U.S. Neutrality Act.
